Up to $10,000 grants for small businesses

Even if a business received one of our local grants, they can still apply for this grant (administered through our National office).

Façade and Property Improvement Grant

$1,000 – $20,000 grants (covering up to 50% of total cost of project)

This is a great resource for any business that plans to make improvements or changes to the exterior of their building. Prioritizing minority/immigrant/women-owned businesses, properties located in LISC neighborhoods, design elements that prevent crime, and COVID-19 adaptations. Applications will open February 15th – April 2nd. Applications are in English and Spanish.
