Façade and Property Improvement Grant
$1,000 – $20,000 grants (covering up to 50% of total cost of project)
- This is a great resource for any business that plans to make improvements or changes to the exterior of their building. Prioritizing minority/immigrant/women-owned businesses, properties located in LISC neighborhoods, design elements that prevent crime, and COVID-19 adaptations.
